Fun in San Diego!

We have had such a great start to 2013!  We keep pretty busy since San Diego has so much to offer even in the "winter" months (sorry for those on the East Coast getting pummeled with snow right now.  Come visit SD!  It's beautiful right now). :)  Riley has been loving her school time at Gillispie School.  She goes to a two hour class on Wednesdays up the street from our place and has a blast playing with the other kids.  She has grown up so much!

I asked her where her teeth are and she goes 'teef'

These are views from the Birch Aquarium.  The coast of La Jolla in all its glory.

So as a family we headed to Seaworld.  We have year passes so its fun just to go for a few hours on a Saturday.  This time we saw the Shamu show.  I have to admit that as a kid I was in complete awe of the killer whales but as an adult it just doesn't have the same level of excitement.  But Riley loved it.  Riley's a pro at Seaworld.  I think she goes at least three times a month so she was just like, yeah, mom..seen it.  Next!

We also had Grandma and Grandpa Emery in town so we spent last Saturday at Legoland.  Riley loved Duplo Village and had a great time running all over the park.  The adults enjoyed the mini city area where they had a mini DC and NYC.  So amazing!  All of it was made out of legos!

I can't believe Riley is almost 2! Time has flown by!  She is such a joy and blessing.  She brightens up every day.  LOVE.
