Riley has reached four months old! Her last check up was great. She is 17 lbs 15.5 ozs and 26 in. long! She is still in the 97 percentile but well within the normal range. She had to get a series of shots but she handled it like a trooper. She went to her first football game this past Friday, Baltimore Ravens vs. Kansas City Chiefs. We had great seats and got to meet the cheerleaders. Matt's work went as a teambuilding event of sorts and it was awesome! She was in a great mood and enjoyed all the sounds. She must love sports to be in this family! She also got some college gear. Will she be a UVa Wahoo or a FSU Nole?? This question will not be answered for quite some time but we can dress her up to support both teams while she is a lil' one! Enjoy!

Back to the Real World
I started back to work on July 18th after being off for three months with my baby. It was hard leaving her but I know she was in good hands so off to work I went! I missed everyone in the good ol' HRO so it was nice to see everyone again and get back to making sure those that care for our wounded warriors are worthy. If you don't know, I am a Labor/Employee Relations Specialist for the Department of the Navy so my job is basically disciplining civilians and bargaining on behalf of management with unions. Fun times. Every day is an adventure. I miss my baby Riley but I still get plenty of time with her once I get home from work. So here are few pics of the latest Riley Time.
Last weekend we met with a photographer. Riley lasted only about 45 minutes but some turned out really good. More will follow but here is what our photographer put together.
Riley is sooo close to rolling over. She can also do tummy time a lot longer than before. She is loving life and we are too!
Riley looks weird because she was deucing. :) |
