Our Renovated Basement Completed!

Starting on February 1st, the renovation of our basement started.  From all the horror stories we heard about renovating we were pleasantly surprised that it went relatively well...and finished on time!  We added a full bath to the basement and finished out the large room.  The finished product is so nice and we are hoping this updated space will add value to our house.  So check out some of the pics from the beginning of the reno and then the finished product!

Baby Shower Time!

On March 12th Janice Emery (grandmother-to-be) put together a wonderful baby shower for Katie and Baby Girl Emery.  It was so much fun with great food, great cake, great friends and family, and wonderful gifts.  Many Emery's were present from all over the Northeast and some we haven't seen since the wedding or engagement party which was 3 to 4 years ago.  Baby Girl Emery will not want for a cute outfit that's for sure.  So far the count is up to 40 onsies, 20 bibbs, and many, many bottles of Johnson's products.  She also got all different kinds of swings and rockers all of which will be used daily.  Thank you to all that attended and for all the wonderful gifts!  XOXO
